My complaint:

Hotel was unable to find reservation. Reached priceline and they were unable to provide ation for reservation. Priceline created a second reservation. During original booking I had looked at the same hotel several times to verify pet friendly. Each time the price increased. I made reservation,paying $40 more than the initial price 15 minutes earlier. When we were unable to check in my husband pulled up priceline on his phone and the original $67 rate was available. This was again verified on a friend’s phone 3 hours later when I was on the phone with priceline. Priceline called me and I was unable to understand what the person was trying to tell me. After some time I asked about matching their lower rate and he transfered me. I was on hold an hour and 20 minutes. The lady told me the lower rate I had when I talked to the man was no longer available as their rates continuously change. Doesn’t make any sense how you can get a lower rate of they don’t answer calls when they come in. I spend over 100 nights a year on hotels, and use various car rentals, u won’t return to priceline after this poor treatment. Complaint sent to priceline unresolved as of this post
