My complaint:

I booked my reservation over the phone which was recorded and the rep informed me breakfast was included. When I arrived, I was informed it was not. 7hrs spent wasted on the phone getting no where with the reps on the line who were very rude and disrespectful and treated me as if I was a liar and just trying to get a free food. Horrible service. My first day on vacation spent wasted speaking to disrespectful reps-took time away my kids and enjoyment of my stay. Will never use them again.

Suggested solution:

Reimbursement of first night.
