Priceline complaint: Loss of $75 for canceling a rental car

My complaint:

I was trying to get the full price of renting a car for 3 days on Priceline. I put in all my info and noticed that I was only going to pay around $350 for the car but, I noticed there was no charge for a deposit. I thought by pushing the “book my trip” button; and no that’s not exactly what the button said, that maybe the deposit would then show up since that was the only option I had in front of me. Yet it booked the car and gave me a receipt for the amount around $350 and still no way to find out what the deposit would be. According to Priceline I would receive that amount on the day I show up to pick the car up. Yet on the receipt they give you they make it sound like you just paid all you were going to pay for your rental. It even says enjoy your trip we saved you all kinds of money. Yet if I would have shown up to pick that car I would have had to turn right back around and go home because I wouldn’t of had the money for the deposit. Now Priceline only allows you one time to cancel any type of reservation you make with them and you still get charged $75 for making that one time cancellation.

Suggested solution:

I would just like the $75 cancellation fee returned as well.
