My complaint:
We rented an SUV from Priceline for pick up in Orlando. We paid $304 for the rental days and were told the taxes at the time of pick up would be an additional $87. We picked up the car and checked it back in at the end of the rental through express check in. We were charged an additional $315 for things like damage waiver, customer facility charge and concession recovery fee. We ended up paying double the charge for car and feel cheated.
Suggested solution:
We want to pay the agreed upon taxesfees of $86.69 plus the additional agreed upon fuel charges $58.64 even though we agreed on $2.99 per gallon and only used 12 of the fuel. (146 miles)
