My complaint:
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE MY ONLINE BOOKING FOR MY TRIP TO UK i UPGRADED TO PREMIUM ECONOMY ON PRICELINE WEBSITE BUT MY ITINERARY SHOWS THE INTL FLIGHTS ARE ECONOMY I CALLED 5 TIMES TO GET THIS RESOLVED AS WELL AS TEXTING.
THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED AND I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE.
Suggested solution:
PLEASE REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TICKET AMOUNT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY ME WITH A PREMIUM SEAT
