My complaint:
I purchased a Meriwool top and when I received It the sleeves extended to my finger tips and the torso was 2.5 inches longer than my other Meriwool tops. I contacted Poshmark and sent several pictures to verify my claim. The Seller Ms. Chen apologized for not including sizing and would accept it back. The Poshmark team decided it was fine and suggested I resell it on Poshmark.I then went to my bank, who was also unable to contact Poshmark. I sent the top back to Ms. Chen and asked for a refund on Shipping. It has been 7 weeks and still no refund. They are a poor business to work with. No accountability. I will never purchase from them again. I am writing this because I hope no one else has an experience like it.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate my 8.00 shipping cost as a refund.
