My complaint:

I am absolutely disgusted. I have been a frequent customer of PoshMark for over two years. On December 12, 2022 I ordered a fur coat on PoshMark. The total cost was $216.70. The order number was 6397f8868ea15f28ba5d927d. I knew that it was the Holiday Season and that it might take a little longer for it to be delivered. After a couple of weeks I started to worry. I kept checking the website and there was a message on it that deliveries may be delayed during the Holiday Season, so I kept waiting. At one point I received a delivery that I did not order. I did not think about it being connected to the PoshMark order right away. It was just a rubber flexible cover for a round kitchen container. I contacted Support on January 1, 2023 and then several times afterward, trying to find out where my fur coat was and when it will arrive. Each time I received an email response that said they would look into it. The email address of the sender was always one that I could not reply to. After I received a response from one of the Support Team, Amber, I noticed that the item was marked received on the website. I did not do that. I made certain of that. I eventually figured out that I had been scammed and that the rubber container cover had arrived instead of the fur coat. I sent pictures of it so they would have proof and either get my fur coat or refund my money (and make sure that the person who was supposed to send the coat would receive appropriate consequences). Instead I received a message that I took too long to respond, that I should have formally asked for a refund right away, that I would receive no refund and get a $90 credit toward future PoshMark purchases instead. There was no apology for what happened and no mention of any consequences for the person who sold me the fur coat. I am furious that instead of responding with some integrity and some honour they just seemed to use whatever technicality they could so they get out of giving me a refund. The seller was rewarded and I was punished. I know a lot of people. So does my husband. If I do not receive justice we will just have to settle for telling everyone we know what my experience was with PoshMark.
