My complaint:
Bought a LUG bag that was described as crossbody in product description. Received bag and there was no way straps were Long enough to be a crossbody- they measured 23 total length! Have shoulder issues so really need crossbody! Notified seller and she had no idea – I sent pics and product incorrect description to her and she even asked to have Poshmark let me know how to return. Customer service denied request now I am stuck with the $56 loss and bag I can’t use! I REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF ! NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Suggested solution:
Let me return bag to Seller and get my $56 back! This just happened on 1212 2022.
