My complaint:

The item was rejected by the seller due to the wrong colour. The buyer and seller were in contact and the buyer contacted Poshmark for a return. The buyer clicks the accepted button in error and the funds went onto the seller’s account. The seller wants the jacket back to resell but Poshmark did not follow the policy of having the buyer return item within 5 days. The seller told Poshmark that they wanted the jacket back and to take the funds back and they ignored me completely with no explanation. They told the buyer to KEEP my jacket and she got refunded back. How do I know that this was not a scam by the buyer? Reject the item, click the accept button, get their money back and keep the item. I was not given a choice to receive funds or a jacket back, They won’t explain anything to me.
Suggested solution:
They should give the buyer a return label or give me the amount back of the jacket and what it is worth retail. $120
