My complaint:
BBB case number is 39771
Non response to multiple inquiries. No response in over 72 hours when they state 24 hrs for response.
They have no phone support, and they only offer email support.
I cannot update any information without a one time code being sent to an old mobile number.
I haven’t used Poshmark in many years. I can’t get a code to a number I haven’t had in years.
I need to be able to redeem the money I earned from selling my personal things!
