My complaint:
ok 2 things :
when an item is delivered ten sizes smaller than the listing said it was that is a clear cut case of an item not as described. instead of getting the seller to return it they wanted me to reposh it, well lucky for me i paid thru paypal and they took care of me but thru that process poshmark threatened my account status would be negatively impacted just because i filed the dispute with paypal which is the most unethical business tactic i have ever witnessed . this speaks volumes for the lack of integrity at their company in general and its a relief to know after paypals assistance , i wont ever want do business with this company again. btw , anyone should be able to report getting ripped off without retaliation (please see my photo)
Suggested solution:
they should be thrilled beyond their wildest dreams that i dont pursue this in court , seeking punitive damages. as far as resolving it , it cant be resolved . i tried that already and they refused to even consider my complaint . i was told that the item ten sizes too small (smaller than it was listed)
didnt qualify under their guidelines, so its clear there is a competency issue at hand that prevents resolution at poshmark . but threatening retaliation against me ??? i wouldnt have had to file a dispute with paypal if they would have honored their published guarantee to protect buyers from receiving items not as described but instead they told me to reposh it and thought that was somehow a solution for them letting one of their sellers rip me off. How much commission can you expect to get for something that isnt what its supposed to be before your moral fiber tells you maybe this is wrong?
