My complaint:
I can’t cashout my funds from my sales because the phone number they are sending security code to is my old number. In anticipation of this happening I attempted to uodate my phone number on the platform, uploaded my ID but it must still require some back door human oversight because after 7 days of trying the update has not completed.
I imitated contact for support 6 days ago ( two of which are not business days) and have received nothing but the automated reply that cannot be responded to.
I can not even cash out my own money
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem by updating my account with my current number and maybe create a better system.
