My complaint:

6446b588f3d624247d6784f5 ITEM
I was gifted the bag from Chanel, as a VIP GIFT, that Chanel gifts loyal customers, and the retail of the bag would be $3300, not the VIP gift that I sold new in box for $300, which the listing CLEARLY stated, was a VIP gift from Chanel. I find it totally unreasonable that over 5 months later, THE BUYER ADVERTISED IT AS A CHANEL, NOT A VIP- GIFT, and 5 months later Posh notifies me that they refunded the buyer, and I need to send Posh $300. Posh ignores their own terms of, If you think fake, have 3 days to open a dispute and if approved, once the seller receives the item back, will be refunded. now Posh rewards her by letting her keep the item and full refund. and advertising it as a Chanel, INSTEAD of VIP GIFT, as I had listed it.
PLEASE NOTE, I have spoken to Paypal legal dept, and have notified them that I do NOT to authorize any $300 payment to Poshmark.
Being as a lawyer is my profession, I will fight this in all necessary venues.
iThis is absolutely despicable as Poshmark has soooooooooo many fake Chanels , Louis Vuittons, Guccis, and allows them to be on, in which case my filing will be noted, as I have made copies of each and every fake you have on. Many were reported and still on. I was NOT misrepresenting at all, SOLD AS VIP GIFT.
Poshmark has highly insulted an honest seller, whom has sold many many, AUTHENTIC GUCCIS, Louis Vuittons, Tory Burch and much more with no issues.
In conclusion, it was my buyer who misrepresented the item when she went to sell it on Posh. I guess Posh customer service reps are not aware of it is past statue of limitations, they can not ask for money back for a sale from almost 6 months ago.

Suggested solution:

Their customer service agents need to know what the product is as advertised, NOT FAKE, listing was not at all misrepresented in any way, however my buyer, DID misrepresent, when attempted to sell it on Posh. 6 months later is past the statue of limitations of my sale, accepted by buyer. If Posh returns my item, valued at between $350-$450, according to Chanel in Orlando today, on Vip gifts, I will send the funds they sent me almost 6 months ago, but need my item back first.

7 months ago - Yes, I agree with everyone, I should not have to reimburse Posh, as this ocurred nearly 6 months after they sent the funds and buyer accepted. how was it my fault that the buyer listed the item as a Chanel, much much higher priced then she purchased, 5 months later and it sold, but she did not list it as Chanel VIP GIFT, made by Chanel, but obviously not same materials but does have serial number that coinsides with it's circa when made. I agree, Posh should eat this one because of statues of limitations have expired and this should have been dealt with in the time the buyer could have returned. I am happy to say, that most of the fakes on Posh have been removed, very good to know and see. I loved Posh until this. For sure will never list another VIP Gift. All the bags I have sold on posh, have been authentic.
