My complaint:
I purchased a dress that turned out to be altered. I have accepted an item without noticing it at first. 2 days later I contacted seller and they agreed to accept return, but when I submitted claim through Poshmark I was told that I was out of 72hour window and the sale is final. our of courtesy they gave me some Posh credits… There is no phone number to call, all communication is through email and they simply stopped responding. It blows my mind that selling platform cannot accommodate return request when BOTH parties (seller and buyer) are willing to proceed.
Suggested solution:
Process the return and refund (minus poshmark fees)
