My complaint:
I bought an expensive bag. The item never arrived and they marked it as received and it’s not here and still showing at the post office and I can’t pick it up. I am disabled and Cant walk over an hour and I don’t drive. I have all the proof and screen shots. I have more than one photo can just add one.
They auto completed my order on June 28, 2023 night around 9:56 pm. The tracking still said not delivered at 5 am and still shows days later not delivered. I emailed them many times and they never read my emails because after telling them I had no way to pick it up all 3 emails they sent only 3 after me sending at least 8. They just told me to get it and to walk. I had my gut disease and COVID. I was a mess. They are a Terrible company and all for $. Scumbags. I’ll be taking legal action.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and practice more empathy and compassion for the customer because without them they would be nothing.
