My complaint:

To whom it may concern,

The order 6422775d450b4263a0d9353f shows delivered from the tracking history and the client has no any problem with the order. However, a few days after the delivery the order was wrongfully cancelled and I couldn’t get my balance redeemed. The buyer also does not have any problem with the jacket. Please kindly help reinstate the redeemable balance for the order. Thank you!
