My complaint:
So I place an order online. I brought a shirt and when I received my package the shirt had a hole in it. They told me I need to drop it off at ups if I want my refund back, I told them I don’t have a car that’s why I purchase online, mark said they can’t compensate me because they already compensated me the past few months which is a total LIE!! I haven’t call PacSun in over a year complaining about nothing so who gives them the right to lie about me getting compensation a few months ago! PacSun always does this they always send you damage items and expect you not to complaint about it! I have spent thousands of dollars at PacSun and this is the type of costumer service you get! They are undercover thieves why would they lie about that I don’t understand but god is watching everything and how they steal from people sending items with holes in it. Hopefully the lord forgives them but I doubt it.
