My complaint:
I came to the store today to buy new swimwear for my daughter. There was only one visible staff member and she was unprofessional the entire time my daughter and I were shopping. The visible staff member had white hair. I will never return to this store again and will be advising others to do the same.
Suggested solution:
This should be escalated to HR.
