My complaint:
I arrived like fifteen minutes before the PacSun located at North Westfield Mall closed and when I arrived there the staff had already closed up. All I wanted was to exchange some items for a smaller size.
Suggested solution:
This can easily be resolved by the staff closing the store at the right time according to their business hours.
