My complaint:
It’s been over a week since I placed my order and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been checking it every day and I have text updates on. I literally don’t understand why they haven’t shipped it yet. I’ve called, texted and emailed customer support and they have done absolutely nothing. Nothing has changed or updated and this is ridiculous. I want my order to ship.
Suggested solution:
They can ship my order immediately. Tell me why they haven’t shipped my order and cancel it. They can pay for my order and SHIP IT. They could even pay for faster shipping if you know…it even ships.
