My complaint:
We entered the store yesterday (9-6-23) around 6:15 pm and my daughter had picked some clothes out for her birthday which was yesterday. She wanted to try them on before purchasing to make sure they fit and the girl told us rudely that the dressing rooms were closed. It was only 6:30 and plenty of time for her to try on the clothes before closing at 7:00. I asked the lady why she couldn’t try on the clothes if they don’t close until 7:00? She rudely just shook her head. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager. I told her a good manager would not do that because the customer always comes first and she would have made a sale of at least 200.00. That didn’t even phase her. She just stood there and ignored me. Then I asked for her general manager or district manager and she said she wasn’t allowed to give that information out. I never heard of such a thing. I told her I was going to contact someone tomorrow about it and she just kept ignoring me. Finally, I told my daughter I’m sorry but I’m not paying for these clothes if you can’t even try them on. We then proceeded to leave the store. Very bad experience and if that girl was the manager, she shouldn’t be. She was short, thin, with dark hair and had a bad attitude. I didn’t get her name, but I’m sure you can look up who was working there last night. Very disappointing.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone, preferably a manger that is overseeing her, to have a talk with her about how she should conduct herself and her job duties, and an apology to us, and maybe a gift card to compensate us for her being so rude and not doing her job.
