Packlink complaint: Won’t honour full insurance

My complaint:

I charged £5 for postage, but due to losing 3 previous parcels, paid an extra £6 out of my own money for FULL insurance.
Parcel was smashed, I had to refund buyer Packlink will not accept I had the insurance.
Have 2 receipts from PayPal

Suggested solution:

Reimburse my loss that I’m entitled to £160
