My complaint:
I sent a parcel via pack link on eBay they lost it it cost two hundred pounds because it was through evri I raise the issue with them and they said they would call me back when they heard something they never did every time I went on to their website and raise the issue it said someone will get back to me when they find something out they got back to me yesterday and said it was pack links fault so I raise it with pack link and they said because it’s over 30 days they’re not going to issue me a refund even though I had been online with a chatbot and got the same answer every single time back. Someone will be in contact with you when there is an investigation being completed
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund of my 200 pounds
