My complaint:

Label brought through eBay -packlink sevice item scanned got processed out for delivery but not to a customer. This was 10/10/23 it is now 28/10/23 I have had to give full refund to customer . So I am trying to claim a full refund for my loss but cannot seem to TALK to anyone
