My complaint:
Please could you explain How you delivered a parcel to a Lincoln address that was due deliver in Cheltenham GL54 2JP.
The Parcel was well packed and had order details and sender details and business card inside.
I have had to travel 42 miles to collect the item and post again on next day service to keep customer happy.
Suggested solution:
At the very least refund on Postage.
