My complaint:
I hired Packlink’s services to send a parcel from A to B (with insurance against damages), correctly stating each. Packlink’s label generation made a mistake in the destination address, and I couldn’t fix it no matter what I did (eg. call Packlink, call the Courier, email both, try to get the parcel from where it was stored).
The Courier stated that the parcel was damaged, Packlink told us to pay for the return of the package to the sender (even though it is their mistake), refuses to pay for the damages stated by the Courier, and refuses to reimburse the money for the hired but failed services.
Suggested solution:
Either reimburse the money from the hired services, andor pay the insurance we hired.
