My complaint:
I had buyer he bought item from me with option next day delivery but parcel had delay and also buyer get it damaged. I sent all photos but for packlink was not enought and asked me for some more. I sent more photos and I get email last friday After completing the investigation with the carrier the shipment has been ed as damaged. I am writing to let you know that the dossier has been transferred to the Claims department for the final evaluation
Today I get another email asking me for more photos and its look like packlink want rip me off.

Also I explained how parcel been ectra protected agains damage in transit but still not enough for packlink. RIP ME OFF
