Packlink complaint: Damaging the parcels and decreasing money from the account without permission

My complaint:

I ordered a service from Packlink for transfering my parcels on the 27.02.2023 but they came to my place on 14.03.2023 and they damaged all of my parcels during the transfer. They rejected all of my complain and decreased money from my account illegally without my permission.

Packlink is a robber and scam.

Suggested solution:

They should pay for damaging my parcels.
