Packlink complaint: MY BOX WAS OPENED AND HALF OF THE THINGS STOLEN

My complaint:

box opened and half of the things stolen, once contacted packlink they did not care, did not refund nor even apologise

Suggested solution:

i dont want money but at least apologies and as well as measure to prevent this
