My complaint:

Hi
I do drop off collections using the platform EVRI for my online orders.
Twice now I have been the next day and the parcels from the day before have not been collected because a driver has not turned up to collect the parcels.
They are charging us for the service and not even doing their job.
How can they not be even sending a driver out to collect the items on a daily basis when clearly that is what they should be doing?
How do I take this further as I think this is unacceptable and basically scamming business owners when we could use other companies who aren’t dishonest.

Suggested solution:

I want to be compensated for all my late deliveries as picking up my parcel after 2 days is unacceptable and that is not what they are offering so they are being very quiet and shady about not picking up customers items on a daily basis.
