My complaint:
Sold a necklace on eBay before Xmas, item arrived ripped and necklace missing. The necklace had it’s own original box wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the purple bubble wrap envelope and sealed with selotape.
When it arrived in Swansea the envelope was ripped and empty.
I thought that I would contact evri, what a job that was, eventually they told me you need pack link, cut a long story short, won’t pay up because it exceeds 30days. When you sell with eBay how are you supposed to know who is at fault?
Suggested solution:
A full refund, I did pay insurance for the price sold for the necklace.
