My complaint:
Hi Team,
On 14th February 2023 I’ve sold a small item (0.2L diffuser) on eBay followed by a free shipping offered to the customer through Packlink. I’ve paid 2.75 pounds for a package of max. 1 kg weight – ID GB2023EBAY0010583488. I’ve used a scale at home and the package – diffuser old cardboard from Amazon – were weighting 0.5 kg. Such a pity that I didn’t take a photo as now Packlink is asking me for extra 3.5 pounds saying that the package was actually 1.9 kg. I have to mention that there’s no proof, they do not attach any evidence and they refuse to withdraw this charge. Not much explanations are given.
Suggested solution:
Withdraw the unnecessary extra charge.
