My complaint:
Tracking says my parcel has been delivered to a secure place with a picture. But I don’t have it. And the picture doesn’t tell much ( picture shows doorstepping. But where? ) and doorstepping can not been described as “ secure delivery “ because any one can access it.
Suggested solution:
Try to found my parcel. Or give me a refund
