My complaint:

I ordered a shipping service with pack link, paid for it and they sent me the labels to attach to my package. I changed my mind and cancelled my order with pack link and asked for a refund obviously and I opted to ship my parcel with another company which I paid for. Pack link sent me an email saying You have recently requested the cancellation of the following shipment. However, the postage label appears to have been used, therefore we will not proceed with the cancellation and refund of this shipment.
I DID NOT USE THEIR LABELS, BUT THE NEW ONES THAT THE OTHER COMPANY SENT ME.

Suggested solution:

GIVE ME A REFUND
