My complaint:
Customer claimed that the delivery package was empty. I contacted packlink to investigate the advisor told me that his manager will look into it. Since then no one is replying today is 5th day since then. I have a deadline and they are aware of that bit they don’t care. They just keep ignoring me.
Suggested solution:
They can't even bother to answer my question what about solving my problem
