My complaint:
My experience has been terrible. Two months after getting my parcel I got charged 25 euros extra because according to Packlink, my pack was 2 cm wider than the accepted measure. And, if you disagree please send us a photograph of the package to certify the weight and dimensions of your package (using a ruler to certify the dimensions and a scale for the weight)I will never use it anymore . I throw away that box two months ago! Horrible service. Never again
