My complaint:
I sold an item on eBay and booked delivery by Evri through the Packlink link on the eBay site. The item was not delivered, and Evri admit it is lost, but say I have to claim from Packlink.
The Packlink website does not recognise the tracking details I’ve supplied , and there is no way to contact them if you cant get past this first step.
An email to their CEO (who is in Spain) is undeliverable
Looking at reviews, there are many who have not received compensation from this company – they appear to be getting away with fraud on a massive scale, taking money for a service which is not provided, and dodging valid compensation claims
Suggested solution:
Give me a way to make my valid claim, and settling that claim in a timely manner
I have the same problem with Packlink, I think this company should be banned operating in the UK as their standard of operation is very poor.
I sold a scooter worth £250 on eBay. I used Packlink for the courier and the package was lost in transit. They only paid me £25 for a scooter of £250 and ever since I have been looking for ways to get my money but no joy.
They are a fraudulent company and should be banned. They should be able to be held for errors that is their fault.
