My complaint:

Using packlink selection, the packages do not get picked up, or not be delivered after pick up, only after sending hundreds !!!! Of mails and chats. Delays of 3 weeks are standard. Personell only replies in lies and made up info. Now, after these bad experiences use other choices as packlinkselectiontntfedex, and pay, upfront. Guess what? Packlink changed courrier themselves without asking. Result: delays again, big time. And again with personell that only has vague responses. Who is losing? Us. Losing time, losing money and losing clients. We do shipments every day, worldwide. But never had bad experiences as these with (personell) packlink (selection)

Suggested solution:

Give answers! Not bullshit. And give back money for courrier services that never occured, we pay per hour, 48 hrs delivery and wait days or weeks
