My complaint:

Initially packlink said parcel was damaged by Hermes and then changed it to “ being lost” and now they won’t pay out any compensation as they consider it as being a restricted item of Antique!
No way in the listing or description was my item being sold as Antique just vintage, maximum 40 years old. What right do they have of classifying it as Antique without any proof or documentation? They can’t just decide thinks according to what suits them!
Meanwhile I don’t have the item and ebay has refunded the buyer from my PayPal account of £120.
