My complaint:
I sold a Painting on Ebay and send it through ebay packlink using DPD, through the tracking number they said to the customer that they had delivered the package, then some time later I was told the package was damaged and Disposed of, What! how dare they, either deliver it damaged (if indeed this was the case ) or send it back to me. Also i have no claim of compensation due to the fact they say it was an Antique and so not covered.
Suggested solution:
Send the damaged painting back to me or deliver it to the recipient that is what you were paid for.
Show me proof by photo of the damaged painting and compensate me for losing my painting
