My complaint:
I sent a parcel to a buyer (ebay) by evri, using packlink. parcel was loststolen, but buyer let me know it did not arrive more thjan 30 days after i sent it. I refunded the buyer, thinking that I can claim compensation , as I paid extra for full insurance. it was a silk rixo dress and sold on ebay for £140.
Packlink refused the claim as it’s more than 30 days, evri does not respond – recorded message said the parcel is on it’s way (?) or chat box telling me to contact packlink. very frustraiting! Please help!
