My complaint:
A mobile phone I sold on ebay, and posted via EvriPacklink, was accepted into their depot and recorded as such, but was not delivered to the customer. I was forced to refund the customer for the full value of the phone (£550), but Packlink would only compensate me £25!
I don’t understand who a package of this size can go missing without trace, especially as it was barcoded and recorded as being in their depots.
I either want the phone back, or the full value to be reimbursed
