My complaint:
I sold a phone on ebay. Used packlink DPD as my delivery company. Paid extra compensation £200.
Parcel sent to wrong address(Not the address what i paid for)Nearly a month now.I had to reimburse seller and ive not got my phone back or any compensation.
Suggested solution:
Send my original phone or compensation
