My complaint:
Selling items on Ebay I have used Packlink. Now I have been charged additionally for on parcel. In opinion Packlink my parcels were oversized and overweighted
First transaction GB2020EBAY0014267227, with carrier tracking number 1Z61R8X76897062081, corresponding to the eBay item number 224001516186. This item has been sold on 13 May 2020 so 37 days ago and just now Packlink has realised that something went wrong. I could discuss this problem with them if I have a proof that my parcel was not oversized! This is a joke that they contacted me after 37 days? They automatically charged my on Paypal and they have taken money from my account. If they want to charge my they should show me what kind of evidence they have against me.
Second parcel GB2020EBAY0013654309, with carrier tracking number 9285485757920818, corresponding to the eBay item number 223998329629. This items has been sold on 10052020 so 45 days ago and in Packlink opinion this parcel has been overwight.
This is a joke that they have contacted me after so long period of time with information that I have broken the rules? Why they have not contacted me straightaway after they has discovered that something went wrong?Which kind of proof they have? Anybody could do the same! If they want to charge me for something they should present the evidence that I made something wrong.This is a robbery! Having an access to my account through Paypal they have taken money without my knowledge. I have opened the case with the Paypal because I am not agree with this and I also have contacted my bank that I have not authorised this fraud transaction!This Packlink action is a robbery and nobody has right to steal money from my account does not matter how much it is!
