I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Stolen package and lack of response from your team.
The issue that I have experienced was: I sold a laptop via eBay and posted it using Packlink, My Hermes. During the delivery process someone opened the package, emptied the content (stole the laptop etc), repackaged the parcel, and delivered empty box to the customer. It’s been investigated and proven but you class this as ‘damaged’ and not stolen by staff. Although your investigation proves its stolen I am struggling to get any response from you in terms of compensation.
It occurred on: 20062020
This meant that Laptop stolen and money had to be refunded to seller so I am out of pocket. Also my eBay reputation has been damaged.

I would like you to compensate me in full the value of the stolen item, and compensate me for all the problems you have caused. Fully investigate the theft and report the person responsible to the police so they are dealt with by the law. Apologise to me for badly dealing with this and not for responding to my messagesemails.
