Packlink complaint: They lost my luggage

My complaint:

The issue that I have experienced was: The company lost this luggage of mine. I normally had 7 luggage, but one of them has not arrived. I contacted the firm immediately, explained the situation. They tried to help my by email since they don’t have a phone number to call. It has been 4 months and in the end, they told me that I had to have a document from the carrier company after they took all of my luggage. I explained that the carrier company did not give me this document, but I have photos, while they were carrying them into the truck. Still, they did not help me, they could not find my luggage, I could not have any warranty and no return of the shipment cost.

Suggested solution:

I want to talk to the warranty department and I want them to pay me my shipment cost and warranty cost of my lost luggage.
