This claim is on going since May it is supposed to be solved in my favour but no payment has been recieved as yet. Your emails say money sent to bank account or PayPal account (naeemwali@hotmail.co.uk).
If I look on to the claim it appears to say hold your emails say paid I have checked both off my accounts bank and PayPal the is no money recieved for the good.I have received postage in my PayPal account that is all you have supposed to send it onthe 29th June buy nothing showing in my account.
Suggested solution:
I would like you to check with finance and your bank to see why the money wasn't sent. To solve this complaint is to pay me my claim and with compensation for the inconvenience caused. To wat over two months for a simple claim is to me a very embarrassing to write to you again and again......
