My complaint:

I use My Hermes vis Pack Link for collection and delivery of items
an item collected on the 200720121 has not been delivered

I entered the pack link ref number as a follow up to address the non delivery but each time it says the reference is wrong

I cannot proceed beyond this point

Suggested solution:

I have reimbursed the buyer the sum of £14.80 and request that this sum be reimbursed to me
