My complaint:

Hi I have booked my parcel with this company on 17th Feb but somehow it’s not deliver so I asked them if you are not able to deliver then please return to me. From that moment I been continue following them but they nither reply to my emails nor returning my item back and it’s been 15 days now and I still waiting my item to be return but now they are not replying my emails. So I request you to please look into this matter and give me some resolution.

Suggested solution:

I just need my parcel return from this company which is due from last 1 week.
