Packlink complaint: Damage to valuable parcel by courier

My complaint:

Courier damaged parcel , they accepted this and advised compensation was payable, four months later they fail to respond to emails. Photographs of damage to item and packaging available, supplied to Packlink, I took out full insurance cover with courier.

Suggested solution:

£145 compensation, purchase price paid by buyer.
